Equipping Saints For The Ministry

What is a Learning Center?
It is a place to equip all believers to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19–20) by learning, growing, and discipling othes. You do not need to be a pastor, teacher, or missionary to begin helping others follow Christ. Any believer with a willing heart can learn, grow, and share biblical truth with others. This is how ordinary believers can begin fulfilling the Great Commission.
This Learning Center helps believers move beyond simply listening to sermons. It teaches them how to learn the Scriptures, answer questions from God’s Word, and help disciple others also. The result is believers who grow in confidence, churches that grow in strength, and disciples who multiply through everyday lives.
Matthew 28:20 • 1 Peter 3:15

Why your church needs a learning center?
Many churches faithfully preach the Word of God each week. The Great Commission is often viewed as something fulfilled mainly by pastors, missionaries, or church programs. Yet the LORD gave this command to all believers. But many believers still do not know how they can personally become part of making disciples.
A Learning Center provides a simple biblical pathway for believers to move from hearing truth to learning truth, living truth, and sharing truth with others. Instead of discipleship remaining only something discussed in church, it becomes a clear process that believers can follow with confidence.
A Learning Center helps believers understand that the Great Commission was not given only to pastors, missionaries, or Bible teachers. It was given to every child of God. As believers grow in the Scriptures and learn how to disciple others, the work of Christ begins multiplying naturally through homes, friendships, churches, and daily life.
The greatest challenge in many churches is not a lack of preaching, but that much of what is heard never becomes lasting learning. Many sincere believers love the LORD deeply, yet feel unprepared to answer questions from Scripture or help others grow spiritually.
A Learning Center exists to help solve this need. By grounding believers in the Word of God and teaching them how to share what they are learning, the church becomes stronger from within. Believers no longer see themselves only as listeners, but as disciples who can help disciple others learn, grow, and follow Christ.
Matthew 28:19–20 • Ephesians 4:11–12 • 1 Peter 3:15

A Learning Center is not defined by information alone, but by the outcomes it produces in the lives of believers.
Believers learn how to:
- Understand their part of discipling in the Great Commission
- Learn and apply the Scriptures with confidence
- Answer questions from Scripture
- Share biblical truth with clarity and love
- Help disciple others in everyday life
- Multiply what they are learning into the lives of others
Matthew 28:20 • 1 Peter 3:15 • 2 Timothy 2:2
Why people are turning to Learning Centers across churches of all sizes: They are beginning to recognize the truth that all believers are part of the Great Commission and need to be intentionally equipped to know, live, and pass on "all things" Jesus had commanded them.
01
Development
This Learning Center helps all believers grow into active participants in fulfilling the Great Commission by learning how to witness, disciple others, strengthen fellow believers, and share in the work of ministry.
02
Confidence
Believers need biblical confidence. For many, the issue is not desire, it’s confidence. We give them the tools and understanding that help them to be part of fulfilling the Great Commission.
03
Culture
Discipleship becomes the culture of a church when listeners become disciplers, and disciplers raise up new disciplers. Then a church becomes spiritually stronger, anchored, and begins multiplying.
04
Spreading the Gospel
The Gospel reaches further through discipled people. Discipling helps people share the truth of God's Word everywhere, not only with their families, friends, coworkers, but with everyone.
